Being a top floor apartment in the roof of an edwardian building, the ceiling is sloping and there is a dormer window.
The bathroom was fully tiled to the ceiling with gloss white tiles, some with a matching border tile carefully alternated in line around the bathroom and each cut where necessary to take account of the roof slope and corners.
The original bathroom had no built in storage, and so a custom built-in corner cupoard was made in keeping with the new suite, and a slim under sink cupboard fitted. The pipework in the corner of the room was boxed in and tiled, and a skirting board fitted creating a clean uniform look. A shelf come seat was made on top of the boxing to maximise the useful space.
A corner bath was fitted and luxury gold plated bath mixer taps fitted to the bath, and a matching shower raiser rail fitted to hold the shower head so it could also be used as a stand up shower. A shower screen was not needed.
